hi graphic designers, should i buy prescription auto transition optical glasses/lens?

Question

i am wondering if I should buy a pair of prescription auto change color glasses( indoor is a normal glasses, outdoor will auto changed to sunglasses). do you have any expericne to share with me? will that take too long to change color once i sit in my office from outside? or if my office is bright (have all the curtains up), will the glasses change the color? i don't want that bother my work, but i am so tried of carry two glasses ...please share your exprecie with me.

I got those once, and I won't again. They turn to sunglasses outside instantly, but when you go back inside, they stay looking like sunglasses for way too long and you look silly.  I should add that this was years ago, so maybe they've improved them by now.
