How can I be removed from Adobe's text marketing campaigns?.

I've tried everything. I've remove my cell number from my Adobe ID, I've called and the fellow SWORE that these pesky things would end.

How can I make it stop?

    Are you trying to stop e-mails?  You can use your e-mail app to block unwanted e-mails. Check your app's documentation for details.

     

    You can also opt out of e-mail notifications from this Community Forum by going to your forum Avatar, select Account Settings > Notifications.  Check the box to Turn Off All Email.

    These are not emails, they are texts.

    Emails I can write rules for to read as I can. Texts are super annoying to have to remove from three devices.

    The only TEXTS I'm aware of are related to 2-step authentication of your account log-in.

    If you're receiving unwanted TEXT messages, block the caller from your mobile device.
