How to resolve connecting error status 410 on Linux?

Hello. I've been using Painter in Windows. but I'm planning to change the usage environment to Rocky Linux. I found the 8.1.3 installable file on Linux, and there was no problem with the installation. I couldn't find a more recent version of Linux installation file. When I ran the program, the following message appeared and it did not proceed. I wonder what the problem is and how I can solve it. What license files are available for your account?
