I $$ speak louder than words

can you imagine buying ( and continuing to spend $$, 7 months not working to this day. ) a car and driving for 5 months only to wake up and notice that a wheel is missing. Then not only due they insult you by telling you that they can't find a wheel (knowing a wheel factory is on the 2nd floor) but they will suspend the contract if you don't pay the monthly road service.

I've done all that has been asked, sent proof and all the screenshots/ videos.... Twice. This is how you tell someone you don't care w/o telling them you don't care. I have been convinced that they don't care and they don't have to care and there is nothing I can do about it, so I need to sit down, shut up and keep the $$ coming in or else. I hate feeling and speaking in this manner but it is what it is.
