is sofkeys.net an authorized Adobe retailer or is just an other scam.

While searching the web for Illustrator and Photoshop I got across this website sofkeys.net and this is what they offer on their description:

License key
Download link
Manual/Instructions on e-mail
You will receive download link and the key within 24 hours after receipt of payment!
✔ English Only.
✔ Suitable for 64-bit PC.
✔ Full Support
✔ No Subscription or Monthly payments and it can't be registered with Adobe ID
ATENTION: You only get download link and license key on your email address, no CD / DVD!

IF YOU DON'T SEE THE EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS, DO CONTACT US SO WE CAN .

Some stuff on this description just doesn't  look right.

The key is saying it CAN'T be registered at Adobe

That is a scam with hacked software that MAY contain malware to steal your information
