[Locked] Creativity that will blow my mind ????

I have been using ADOBE products since 1989.

But today I contemplated my departure.

A day after the humanitarian catastrophy of PS752

I can not understand to see an add such as this one with the catchline that goes:

"... creativity .... that will blow your mind"

accompanied by images that leave no doubt.

A man goes to a psychiatrist. To start things off, the psychiatrist suggests they begin with a Rorschach (ink blot) test. He holds up the first picture and asks the man what he sees.

"A man and a woman making love in a park," the man replies.

The psychiatrist holds up the second picture and asks the man what he sees.

"A man and a woman making love in a boat."

The psychiatrist holds up the third picture.

"A man and a woman making love at the beach."

This goes on for the remaining set of ink blots; the man sees love making in every picture. At the end of the test, the psychiatrist looks over his notes and says, "It looks like you have a preoccupation with sex."

And the man replies, "Well, you're the one with the dirty pictures."

🙂

Goodbye & good luck!

Those images are from people's Behance portfolios, and are meant to be judged on their technical expertise and creativity.

Maybe I'm missing something but I cannot connect your dots.  Sorry.

Adobe's marketing was no doubt created and approved months ahead, long before yesterday's Ukrainian airline tragedy.

I am sorry if you can not see any offense.

I am not only offended by the poor choice of imagery and by the copy that was used.

Not only is the person in the image brandishing a gun, an offense that carries

a minimum sentence of 10 years in most any state here in the US.

But also is the image offending every gun handling etiquette in this counrty

and as such is an insult to any firearms owner from this country.

The timing to place this add on a day like this should have raised some concerns

in a company such as ADOBE.

Quite frankly in 30 years of using their products I have never seen anything comparable.

This is a community forum, supported by users to help each other. I'm afraid Adobe is not going to see your complaint here.
