Looking for a website template with specific function

The container is transparent and scrolls over eclectic images on the background in a parallax-type manner.

Is there a key word I could use looking for a template with this functionality.

Most parallax sites are pretty much the same. If you're not finding what you want, you'll likely have to create it yourself.

I built this some time ago in Dreamweaver with Bootstrap and jQuery. Use it as a starter for your own custom project
