Need Help - Photoshop Easy Website Disappeared and Lost Access to Purchased Courses

Hi everyone,

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, since it’s not directly an Adobe issue, but I hope the Photoshop Community can offer some guidance or support.

I purchased several online courses from the "Photoshopeasy" website.

The problem is that the Photoshopeasy website is no longer accessible.
I’ve lost access to my account and all the products I purchased.

I’ve tried contacting their team many times without success. I also reached out to the instructors in these courses, but they were unable to help, so I’m hoping someone here might have advice.

What I would really like is to contact Photoshopeasy and download the content I purchased.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue, or does anyone know how I might restore access to these courses?

I also want to share this as a reminder for the community to be cautious when purchasing Adobe-related courses from third-party sellers. I never expected a platform to shut down and disappear without notifying its customers—especially when the instructor is such a well-known expert in the industry.

Thank you very much for any advice or help.

PS: If you know any of the instructors who might be able to help me resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

Finally, our voices have been heard!

I just received an email from them and can now access my course again.
This whole issue could have been avoided if they had communicated clearly and responded to customer emails from the start.

That’s really frustrating — I’ve seen a few people mention similar problems when course platforms suddenly shut down or move without giving users proper notice. Sadly, if the site’s support team isn’t responding and PiXimperfect can’t step in, your best option might be to check whether the payments went through a provider (like PayPal, credit card, or another gateway) and see if they can help you dispute or at least investigate.

It’s also a good reminder for all of us to back up downloaded content whenever possible, since access isn’t always guaranteed long-term with third-party platforms. Hopefully someone in the community who bought the same courses can share if they found a workaround.

I don’t think students were ever able to download the video course content. What you might get from others are just the practice files, but those aren’t very helpful without the video tutorials explaining each lesson.

I’m also hoping to find someone who might still have the video content. The best chance could be to track down the team members or ask the instructors directly if they still have the original video backups.

I recently discovered the PhotoshopEasy website is down after attempting to log in and use the "Lifetime Access" I paid for. I'm disappointed to see others are experiencing the same issue.

Like many, I purchased the course for $399 some time ago but only recently had the time to dive back in. It's frustrating to find the resources gone.

I´ve just freed up sometime to go and work on my purchased course and discovered the website has gone! I also thought Umesh was behind the course as he advertised it heavily on his youtube channel. If anyone can share the any of the course assets that they have downloaded - I´m happy to try and find the parts I downloaded, although I have upgraded my pc and if I left them in the downloads folder they won´t be on my onedrive 😞

Incidentally, Umesh is now selling a similar course with a monthly subscription or lifetime access, I am tempted to join for one month to download all the assets.

The new Piximperfect Community by Unmesh Dinda is a separate platform.
It may only includes the Photoshop Easy content. However if you also purchased courses like Selection Secrets or the Compositing Bootcamp, those aren’t covered there.

I already tried reaching out through them to get in touch with the Photoshop Easy team, but unfortunately they couldn’t help either.

You can stop wasting time trying to contact the company: They went out of business.

There hasn't been a new post on their facebook page in over 2 years.

Time to chalk it up to "lesson learned" and move on.

Thank you so much for your advice. It may not help me reach them, but it’s probably the best advice I can take right now.

I just need some time to accept it. It’s been a real shock for me. I’ve never experienced a professional business collecting money and then simply disappearing like this. As you said, it may just have to be a lesson learned.

BTW ,,, I have most of the files downloaded in my laptop ( images, PSD etc ) I can send it to you. It will kinda help you to learn some techniques

Hi kwin,,, I'm also facing this problem. I bought the whole course and got Certificate on 18 Jul 2025 . Now the sites can't be reached . One of this course condition is that we can access the video every time forever . I hope the support reply to us
