Could I put all the same company emails into one folder

You need to check how it is best for you and your company. If they all have a different name, I see little what would speak against this, except that it would not be my preferred method. But technically, there is only one limit, and that is the number of files you can put into a directory.

 

BTW: This is no question that concerns any of Adobe products.
