I've been following this anti-trust case for 15 years now and am happy to finally report that a $6.2 BILLION settlement agreement has finally worked its way through the appeals courts.  This case effects all persons, businesses, and other entities who accepted any Visa-Branded Cards and/or Mastercard-Branded Cards in the United States between Jan 1, 2004 and Jan 25, 2019.  The case centered around excessive card-swipe fees charged to merchants by Visa, Mastercard and their member banks.
