Proficiency Assessment Help

Question

Hello, I am a graphic designer for a very large global corporation and we have a few creative teams scattered across the United States focused on creative media jobs for the US branch of our company.

In the past, the larger creative needs for our company were outsourced to various design agencies, but we have recently begun onboarding our own creative teams and were looking for ways to evaluate proficiency within our team.

Are there any evaluation tools available that we could administer to our team in order to identify levels of proficiency or areas for growth in various areas? We have designers, videographers, and photographers, so ideally, we would have resources for each of the different disciplines.

Is anyone aware of anything like this? It could be general theory/design proficiencies or program-specific (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, etc.).

Would love to hear from anyone with information!

Hi @collatmm I see you don't have any replies yet. You might look through the Adobe Education Exchange website under the Professional Learning section and/or engage the Community there to see if you can find some experts who may have developed the type of proficiency standards you are seeking.

You might also look into LinkedIn's Skill Assessments tests under the Design Skills section.
