Raising prices on broken software while removing features is

It's been a bad year Adobe. There are critical bugs that have remained unfixed for over a year on most of your software offerings. Secondly you are removing 3D features from CC so you can sell a second license package for 3D software. Now you are raising prices. In summary, raising prices on broken software with less functionality. I know your excuse will be that you've created “fun new apps” for creators to upload content to tiktok from their iPhone or some other nonsense, but experiments in marketing paid for by your professional user base isn't innovation.

Repeatable bugs should be reported. Please post them in the appropriate product board's BUGS section where they will be recorded & tracked by Adobe's product  engineers.

I don't know what that means.  Substance 3D was never part of Creative Cloud. Prior to Adobe's acquisition, Substance was a 3rd party app.

I'm a product user just like you.  And where I live, post-pandemic inflation is effecting everyone.  But even before the pandemic, prices varied based on currency exchange rates, regional taxes/tariffs and of course the type of plan that was purchased. Adobe hasn't raised the North American rates for Creative Cloud more than 2-3 times since it came out in 2012.

@Mo Moolla

where's the customer satisfaction data you used to conclude it's plummeting?
