Why doesn't Adobe just step up and provide good manuals online and moderate Q and A for users.  

The user group contsruct wastes so much time. Inconsistent and/or inaccurate responses to issues that should be simple.  

Adobe releases and updates software before it's fully-baked and then lets paying customers fine tune and try to train one-another on how to use it.
