Registration Issue for Free Adobe Webinar (Adobe Creative Connect)

Hi Community,

I'm uncertain where to post this question, so I'm reaching out here.

I recently registered for the free webinar at this link: [https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/business/teams/resources/main.html?ch_Content+Type=Webinar].

Despite multiple registration attempts, I haven't received the event details confirmation email. I've checked my email account, including the spam folder, but found nothing.

The online chat support couldn't resolve the issue and suggested contacting Adobe Creative Connection at demand@info.adobe.com.

Unfortunately, I haven't had any luck with that either(no response).

Am I missing something? Is this exclusively for business account holders?  Does anyone know the appropriate contact at Adobe or another avenue for assistance?

Were you ever able to figure this out? I am having the same issue. It says I am registered, but there is nothing to view the webinar.

It's probably too late now.  But did you add demand@info.adobe.com to your email contacts / safe sender's list?

 

I use Gmail and they are notorious for redirecting messages to Social, Promotions, Spam, Trash, etc.. folders.

Yes, I did. I feel the webinars are exclusively available for business account holders....

i don't know, but think you would need a teams subscription.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure but it seems the webinars are available only for company folks.... kinda disappointed.
