Is there any way I can download Windows 10 again for free? I had to reformat my computer last year and I only used a Windows 7 installer. Support for Windows 7 will end by January 2020 and I'm in a bit of a pickle here.

I'll add to using a four number pin to unlock your system — Windows L will take you to the lock screen.  In fact there are several useful Windows key shortcuts, along with the ones I suspect most of us never use.

The one I use the most are the Windows key and cursor keys to move windows around your screens.  I thank that has actually improved over the life of Windows 10, as I don't remember being able to park a window in a screen quadrant.
