spotify and share screen issue - screen is a microphone?

I know why it is that spotify automatically stops when your microphone has been transmitting for more than 30 seconds.

I know it is there to hinder pirating spotify and other stuff.

however, it is a bit annoying when i try to share my screen with one other friend, while having spotify playing a bit of music for me in the background.

you see, even though nothing from spotify can be heard by the other person, it will still stop spotify after 30 seconds, because showing a screen or window on spotify with sound counts as using a microphone, therefore it stops spotify.

It is especially annoying when you are in a private talk with a friend, have both paid for spotify premium and are now using the feature where you can listen to spotify together, but one person has microphone issues and push-to-talk / voice activation doesn't work right, so they have to put their microphone on constand transmitting, which in turn pauses spotify for them, or when they share a game window, sometimes even with minimal to no sound. since you're technically still transmitting sound, jsut at 0% volume, spotify pauses.
