I want to know that SVGView.exe program is freeware or not. It was installed without any notice about that.

And Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0, is it same program with SVGView.exe?

All modern browsers natively support SVG now. You don't need anything special to view them.

wow, there is a blast from the past... its crapware that has been dead for almost 10 years so I'd recommend you uninstall it
