Swatches and libraries

Trying to figure out how to manage my swatches and organize libraries.  I have lots of Ben Moore and Sherwin Williams paint colors downloaded and it's hard to find the colors easily, by name or number of the swatch.  It doesn't allow me to create separate paint libraries.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
