There is a problem in Adobe Portfolio that typefaces are not applied.

Hello, this is a user who is using Adobe Fortfolio. We are currently using the promotional product that Adobe is proposing (CREATIVE CLOUD PLAN with Photoshop, Lightroom).
I heard that the free typefaces provided by ADOBE can be added and applied to Adobe Portfolio at the time of the product purchase mentioned above. But when we press "+adobe font" to add the font, it just says, "Refresh" instead of continuing. How can we solve this problem? Please tell me if it's a problem with the server or something else.

Adobe Portfolio (Behance) have a special area where you can report an issue.  The cool thing is that they respond in about 2 business days.  Super cool and friendly team.

Perhaps you mean Adobe Font Folio 11.1? See https://www.adobe.com/products/fontfoliofamily.html.
