Usability

This is the hardest and most difficult AI to use.  It doesn't listen, changes things I didn't ask it to, and distorts provided graphics after each rendering.  You really need to work on the usability. 

Jeez, even filling out this form is a nightmare.  You have category with a huge list and no search option. And after scrolling through it many times, I never found firefly.
