User dictionary/words with special characters

My users are trying to create a shared user dictionary of common terms for use in their Creative Cloud programs and have been able to do so successfully, however, our company name "Martin/Martin" continues to trigger spell check errors for using duplicate words (Martin then Martin again) and doesn't recognize the whole term, complete with slash as a single word.

Can this be done?
