Very bad robot on live support

Had a horrible experience with a live chat thing with my issues, my disability I have got major red flags from your robot not performing very well and my lawyer advised me not to come talk about it but i am anyways.

im suffering and having lots of pain

my doctor has scheduled a new apointment very soon
