Website Glitching in Plan Comparisons

Since I'm being priced out of the student/teacher plan (I cannot afford $40 a month when I only use 2 of the apps consistently), I'm considering switching to a different plan. However, when I click on any given plan and try to see what other apps it comes with, there's no scroll bar...until I decrease the width of the window. I can only assume whoever coded the website forgot to specify something about width in the code for the i-frame, but I haven't coded websites in decades. I only discovered this because initially, I didn't want to post an extra-wide screen shot.  But now I'll post comparisions. For reference, my desktop's resolution is 1920x1080.

With wider screen (browser is maximized, but not full screen):

Please note there is no scroll bar within this pop-up i-frame.

But when I reduced the width to about 2/3 of my screen:

And lo, did the scroll bar appear.

And yes, I tried using page down and my scroll wheel. I'm an elder millenial old-school computer nerd, I've been using Photoshop since at lease v3.0 when I was in high school. 😛 I probably have computer parts older than some of you. 😉

I was having the same problem: when clicking "Show all apps" on the Compare Plans window, the page is completely unscrollable on the Firefox browser. Thank you so much for sharing your solution!! I'm on a MacBook Pro with default screen resolution. Zooming in and out in every possible way did nothing, and I really didn't feel like spending more than 2 minutes troubleshooting on my end just so I can decide how to spend my money with a massive global corporation. Eye roll. I agree it shouldn't be that hard to code a scrollable window in 2026!!

I still have a working Win 1.0 PC in my garage. Do you want to buy it? 😁

For best results, use normal zoom settings in your web device/browser (Ctrl + 0).

Adobe's site isn't perfect, but it works as expected for me in the latest desktop Firefox.

Hope that helps.

tey a different browser.  in particular, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

I'm not asking for advice, I'm letting Adobe know they need to fix the coding to make it accessible, since not everyone can figure out workarounds. You're essentially asking me to do what I already did--reduce the width on the same browser I use on my phone (Chrome).  I know it's not obvious from my screenshots, but I'm using Windows 11 as well.
