what programs within Adobe product line allow me to create phone apps for iphone and android

i see various programs such as FLASH PRO, DREAM WEAVER, IN-DESIGN, PHONE GAP and who knows what to build apps simple but so support and i am confused. also shocked that i have been a major adobe customer for close to 40 years and i am not allowed phone support and i have never used it with previous products

You need scripting know how in HTML, CSS and Javascript to build the App.

Then you need PhoneGap Build to package your App for various mobile devices (iPhone, Android, etc...)

Building Apps is an advanced project. The non-technical Lounge is not the right place for help with this.

Read the Getting Started tutorials on PhoneGap's website.

Technical support cannot teach you how to build Apps. That goes way beyond the scope of what they are able to provide.
