Where's the best place to ask about becoming an Adobe Certified Instructor?

I found this page that says what the requirments are but it doesn't go into enough detail.  https://trainingpartners.adobe.com/home/program.html

This is my first post so be gentle.

It says I need to a pass a 2020 or later ACI exam. Where do I take this exam? Are there any prerequisites? Is there a recommended study program? I've seen some posts talk about needing to take an ACE or ACA first but the page in question doesn't say anything about that. Was that a requirement that is no longer needed? Am I overthinking it and nothing else is required? Sifting thourgh old posts is useless since the requirments were different in the past.
