One of my pet peeves is the use of 's to make a word plural.

...or the use of it's as a possessive.

    I guess we should be grateful it doesn't read "Loose your teeth!" 

    Toothpaste that loosens teeth would be a deal breaker, for sure.

     

    Most freelancers don't have a copy editor.  For that reason, they should always use Lorem ispsum... in place of real text.   You can't create too much damage that way.

      Hi,

       

      a Designer is not an Editor and an Editor is not a Designer. So, here we only have an Example of a font. Nothing more, nothing less. Hope that helps.

      There is nothing more embarrassing when you hold the Annual Report of your company in your hands, printed at high cost, and the first thing you see is the error on page 3.

       

      This error is embarrassing. The author should correct. And yes, the quality of daily newspapers has suffered badly in recent years because no one proofreads it and the typesetting goes straight from the journalist to the printing press.

        Too many mistakes in advertising/informative materials these days. Printed, online, etc. I agree, a bad copy can essentially ruin an otherwise beautiful form of designer content.
