Am.co.za Vinyl cutter problem

Good day,

I have a am.co.za vinyl cutter. When i cut my designs trough illustrator it doesn't cut anything longer then 80 cm. So in the end i sit with half of my design not cut and having to Use other software to cut my designs that is longer then 80 cm. I have searched all over the internet and even with the help from the support at am.co.za it seems the issue is with illustrator.

I always make sure my art board is bigger then my design and the design displays fine in the preview but when it is being cut it is like the cutter does not see anything past 80 cm.

Please tell me there is someone that can assist me with this issue.

Hi Annalice,

I believe you must be using a plugin for the vinyl cutter. You should check if there's an update available for it. I do not have an expertise on this, however we must have some members who would be able to answer your concern.
