Illustrator CC 2017 Magic Mouse Scrolling and Panning with inertia

First of all English it's not my first language, so sorry for any misspelled words or confusing looking sentences.

Hi, i want to know if theres a way to be able to scroll and travel the art board window of Illustrator whit the Magic Mouse like I was able in Illustrator CS6, in CS6 I was able to just flick my finger either up, down, left or right on the Magic Mouse and the screen would keep traveling with inertia, and would stop the second I put my finger back on the Magic Mouse. It was an incredibly faster way to travel across my work and it's second nature for me now and I see it is working properly on Photoshop CC 2017 but I see that's not longer happening on my Illustrator cc 2017, now I have to keep flicking my finger several times because it only travels one inch per flick and it's slowing my work flow and killing me inside.

Is there a way to activate that again on my Illustrator CC 2017?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
