Importing signatures using EPAD2 from EpadLink

Dear Colleagues,

Kindly note that we have been facing an issue with using EPAD2 from EpadLink as always this error is showing (integrisign not able to get the signature information) with Adobe reader DC version 2019.012.20035.Old version is working perfectly.

we need you kind support with that.

    If the problem still persists, please try to update the application to the latest version 19.12.20036. Go to Help > Check for Updates. To know more about the latest version available, please refer to the link - DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
