Hi everyone in the forum,
This is my first post here (yeah)!
I'd like to ask if anyone has any idea of how to create full bleed A3 drawings in acrobat from a A1 scaled (e.g. 1:500 plan drawing) pdf file with Windows?
The printer in the office can only print A3 and to be more economical we are not supposed to print anything bigger than A3 from the plotter unless it's for formal submission. Therefore we have to divide the A1 drawings into A3s and stitch them back up to A1.
My colleague has just shown me how to do it on his acrobat pro on mac and there is an option where he can create a new layout with a setting on what margin he wants; whereas I don't have that option on my windows (I'm not sure if mac/windows is the reason for this).
I'm left to have to cut up the drawing in AutoCAD into 4 pieces to create these A3 drawings every time. This is just a waste of time.
Does anyone have any idea?
Cheers
