Dealing with content beyond the page dimensions

Hi everyone, I have a 200 page document that has a problem I haven't seen before: each page seems like it has been cropped, but there is still text beyond the cropped margins. It's like the document used to have an 8.5 x 11 size page size, but somehow the page size shrunk but the text didn't, so the top and right side of every page is now cut off...but if I select the text boxes on each page I can drag them around and see all the cut off text.

ive been fooling around with the crop box settings, but that only lets me make the page smaller not bigger. Any help is greatly appreciated!

@ls_rbls this looks like a super helpful start, but. . . I feel like you may only have provided a few pieces of the instructions?

I recreated the scenario in my computer it works. That said, when you apply this settings pages may rotate, which you can readjust and rotate again tobthe position you need using the same "Organize Pages" tool. Lately Ive seen wuite a few users posting similar issue and it looks that this issue is directly related to the structure of the document and how it was created with another program before it was converted to a PDF file. Since you are working with large documents see if using the thumbnail viewer makes it easier to handle the bulk selection of pages or individually. But in your case, if you feel that these suggestion does not meet what you are looking for, maybe you can try savin saving the document to MS word for exanple, readjust from there and save back to PDF for example. The original program that was used to create the file is key for tgis to work.

    Hi ,

Would you be able to share a small example of the file or post a screenshot?
