Font Display Problem When Compressing / Optimizing / Reducing the Size of PDF

Has anyone else experienced this before? I don't know how to fix this and it's a 300+ pg document. The font is Impact and it has been embedded, in the uncompressed file all the problem texts displayed here were in all caps, but the compressed version all have random lower case letters in them. Please help, thank you!
