How could I convert PDF to Simplified Chinese?

New Here ,
Oct 25, 2017 Oct 25, 2017

I tried to using "publish document from website" convert a file by "Acrobat DC" that is a simplified Chinese website. In the consequent the PDF lost many letters.

In case of I tried to use Acrobat X Pro, it work well yesterday. But today I want to revise something in my website then converting file again.

Unexpectedly "Acrobat X Pro" rejected me to do that cause I have newer version "Acrobat DC".

My question is:

1. How can I convert pdf from Simplified Chinese website succesful in Acrobat DC?

2. Should I remove my Acrobat X Pro? but if I remove the "Acrobat DC" couldn't help me to get the simplified Chinese PDF.

3. I had been changed my OS environment to Simplified Chinese but it didn't work.

My OS environment:

Windows 7, Traditional Chinese,

Adobe Acrobat Pro X v10.1.16

Adobe Acrobat DC v2017.012.20093

Thanks for your helping.

Hi Changel,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you are converting the webpage with the help of a browser then using Acrobat DC you need to install browser extension from Google store. And try. If you were converting with the option within Acrobat it should still work with Acrobat X.

If Acrobat DC is not working well for you, you may file your experience: Acrobat for Windows and Mac: New (1085 ideas) – Share your feedback on Acrobat DC

And if you want to use Acrobat X for your work, uninstall Acrobat DC, restart the machine, launch Acrobat X>Help>Repair installation. And it should be working as previously.
