How do I print and staple after every 6 pages of a long document?

Hello,I have a long document to print off which is 2,058 pages long. After every 6 pages, I need to staple. So that's print pages 1-6 and staple, print 7-12 and staple, print 13-18 and staple etc. Is this possible using Acrobat?Thanks for your help.

There is no direct function for this from Acrobat’s (or Reader’s) print dialog itself. What you are requesting is a very advanced finishing option. It is possible (but not likely) that you could provide such parameters in the printer preferences accessible from the Acrobat print dialog. More likely such an option would be specified on an external print job ticket or could be specified at the printer’s control panel.

I would strongly suggest you contact your printer manufacturer‘s support team to see how they recommend you specify this type of finishing option on their product.

That needs to be a printer's function. This is nothing that concerns Acrobat.

In Acrobat (DC Pro but I suppose also Standard) you can split a document. So you could split it in many documents of 6 pages and print those files stapled.
