Acrobat supports only one language to do OCR. But for OCR in any languages, English is used as secondary language.

If you run OCR in Russian, it will give preference to Russian but if Acrobat is not able to detect some text in Russian it will try in English.

So ideally it will work for you(but not 100%).

Hope it will help.

Thanks.

Not with Adobe Acrobat. It can only handle one language per OCRed page. For more challenging OCR jobs (like e.g. more than one language), I use a dedicated OCR application that can handle this. I use Abbyy's FineReader.
