I was able to setup a custom profile to locate a specific font. I am now trying to use fix it to change the font to the correct font.
On the Preflight Create Fixup screen, I don't know which category to use and I did a search and I don't know which "type of fixup" to use.
Can someone tell me which options will simply change one font to another? I created my form in MS Word and used the prepare document feature of PDF forms. It's not one PDF (otherwise I can fix it manually). But there are about 20 different PDF's.

Hello Jnix,
Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you want to run the PDF fixup using the Preflight for font issues in a PDF, Is that correct?
Navigate to Optimize PDF>Preflight>Select Single fixups> Under Document>Choose Embed Missing Font>Cick on Fix.
Is it possible to share the screenshot of the Preflight pop up you are getting? To share the screenshot, please refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
