Sometimes when I open a scanned document it automatically opens the Scanned page alert message, but other times it does not. Why does this happen?

Hi Drz,

Based on the issue description mentioned above, you are getting Scanned page alert message when opening a scanned document in Acrobat, is that correct?

Please try changing following settings and see if that helps:

1- Launch Acrobat  > click Edit > Preferences

2- Under Accessibility > Other Accessibility Options.

3- Uncheck the box "Use document structure for tab order ...................is specified and "Enable assistive technology support"

4- Click OK and relaunch Acrobat.

Could you let us know the version of Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine?

Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Thank You,

Shivam
