Unable to activate Acrobat Pro DC license

J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé la version proposée sur adobe pdf services mais cela ne fonctionne pas. Le système installé avant adobe pdf services (la version d'évaluation ayant expiré) me demande d'activer mais après avoir déconnecter et reconnecter, je n'obtiens pas de résultat positif.

The record shows that you are subscribed to an active license of Acrobat Pro DC on your current Adobe ID, please sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Acrobat Pro DC and see if this brings any difference.
