I receive W9.

All the information is there.

I have to print it, and nothing is filled out after I print it.

Please advise,

This is a known bug in Acrobat Forms.

And it's sporadic: sometimes a form will print its data correctly, other times not.

Vote to get this bug fixed at https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/38809867-form-da... NOTE: the more votes, the greater the likelihood Adobe will address the problem quickly. Vote! And tell your colleagues to vote!
In the meantime, you can save your filled in PDF form as a graphic and it will retain the field data.
- File | Save As
- Choose PNG as the file type. PNG is a graphic file format.
- Print the PNG on your desktop printer
