how do I change background color in acrobat reader?

Im reading alot of E-books and my eyes hurt from all that white

is there any way I can change to black background and white text?

    Edit > Preferences > Accessibility > Document Colors Options

    You should be able to change the page background and text color as well go to Preferences (press Ctrl+K) and select Accessibility.

    From you other post, it seems you want to change the background color of the Acrobat window. The instructions provided here are for changing the background color of the pages of a document while viewing.


    yes i realized this thread was addressing a different issue, which was why i posted it as a new question.
