Bridge 2020 - wrong colors in preview window - macOS 10.14.6

Community Beginner ,
Nov 08, 2019 Nov 08, 2019

Hi Everybody.

After updating to Bridge 2020 yesterday, the colors in the preview window are completely off.
This happens with all files. Raw, .jpg, .psd ...
Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks!

Equipment:
Bridge 10.0.0.124
Mac Book Pro, 2015, Mojave 10.14.6

Hi there,

This is a known issue, our engineer team is working on a fix for the same, in the meantime you can go to Preferences > Advanced > Use Software rendering and enable it.

Let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Sahil

Thanks for the reply.
Is there any way to re-install Bridge 2019?
I can't find it anywhere.

Thanks!

It goes very slow. Switching to software rendereding does fix the color preview porblem but it slows things down tremendously. I went back to 2019. It's just insane theat Adobe keeps releasing software with major bugs like this. I can't imagine how a development team could have tested this software and not seen that the colors are all off.

This didn't work for me. Curious as to why this was not tested before the update was released?? It's so basic.

It seems to work with the software rendering, but as marioa49678730 said, it slows down everything tremendously.

Any tips to get Bridge 2019 back?
I unfortunately deleted it and can't find it anywhere to download an reinstall....

Cheers

On Adobe Cloud I just uninstalled the 2020 version and used the dropdown to select the 2019 version to install. But if you're not using Cloud then I'm afriad I don't know how.

Enabling Use software rendering worked just for the issue thumbnails-preview panel: the problem is that the colors in the Preview panel don’t match to the colors displayed in Camera Raw, which is even worse.

I still have Bridge 2019 and colors match perfectly.

I have imported all the settings from the 2019 to the 2020 Bridge version so everything is synchronized, including color settings.

Big color management issue, hope Adobe fixes it asap.

Seems like the problem has been fixed in todays (or yesterdays?) update.

Colors looks fine now, without software rendering.
