CP7 - cmi.suspend_data and cmi.location returning 403 error in SCORM 2004

I've published a course using Captivate 7 to SCORM Cloud and in the debug logs I'm seeing that "cmi.suspend_data" and "cmi.location" are both returning a 403 error. This course was published as a SCORM 2004 ver.4.

I've been researching this all day and I can't for the life of me find anything online on how to fix this and I'm about to pull my hair out.

Here's the debug log:

https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/guest/ViewDebugLog?logId=fdfbf628-980e-4a35-b231-dc1f746f9751&courseTitle=Advanced+Management+Techniques+to+Increase+Sales+with+SWB+-+XDSWB.V13W

Essentially the errors are saying this:

SCORM ERROR FOUND - Set Error State: 403 - The Suspend Data field has not been set for this SCO.

and

SCORM ERROR FOUND - Set Error State: 403 - The Location field has not been set for this SCO.

I see at the end of the log that both commands are being returned  without errors, so I'm really at a loss as to why they are causing errors in the beginning of the course.

I really need to get this fixed so any and all help would be appreciated!

We're experiencing a similar issue on our end during final BETA testing with Captivate 7 package.

Were you able to resolve your error or gain any perspective on the potential issue?

Sort of Jessica. I had to recreate the slide that was causing the error.

I'm not sure exactly what was causing the error, but the general consensus was to just recreate the slide. Once I did that and tested it, everything was fine.

I think t was Captivate being Captivate.

Thanks so much for your quick reply.

Our developer is under the impression that it is an error on the LMS side but it sounds like your resolution came as a result of resolving issues on the Captivate file/page side.

Is that correct?

Nobody has any suggestions? Even if it's a just a pointer in another direction.

Anybody?

For the kind of technical SCORM question you're asking, this is probably the better place to ask it:

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/elearning-technology-and-development

They answer SCORM issues far more often.
