Error Message Uploading to Moodle: Incorrect file package - missing imsmanifest.xml or AICC structure

Hello.

Trying to upload to Moodle from Adobe Captivate.  Files uploaded fine one week ago and the same files with no changes to Moodle and no changes to the files will no longer upload.  I receive the following error message.  Are there suggestions to get this uploaded to Moodle?  Am I missing something here?

Publish is consistent:

Couple things to try:

1. Does your .zipped file upload and play as expected to the SCORM Cloud (free basic account)? If so, then it's almost surely an issue on the LMS side.

2. I've never tried to specify a specific LMS, I always pick 'other'. Maybe try that and republish to .zip, then see if it works (perhaps something changed in whatever CP does with the 'Moodle' specific setting).

Also, open your .zip file. Do you see the imsmanifest.xml at the root? Along with a few other files and folders?

If you see just a single folder, and within THAT is the manifest and subfiles, then that's the problem... All published files/folders need to be at the root of the .zip (however if you are just using the .zip that CP generates, that shouldn't be the issue).

Thank you, Erik, for your answer.  Yes, works find in SCORM Cloud.

In fact, before I posted here I had tried "other" rather than "Moodle."  That did not work.

I did zip in Captivate.

Because some previous uploads looked fine in Moodle with no errors and are still there ... I tried uploading those same Captivate files that worked a week ago.  They no longer work at Moodle, which was the clue that the problem was likely with Moodle here.

I appreciate your response.
