How do I remove the thin border around an image?

There is a thin, white border around all the images I insert into Captivate, even though the border is not there in the original image. Can someone tell me how to remove it? I've searched high and low!

Oh, this is in Captivate 6 ....

Thanks!

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Which slide quality do you use? If you kept to the default Low (8-bit) I'd recommend to change the quality to Optimized or High. And see if this solves the issue. Reason is that most images (like PNG) do need better quality because they are mostly 24-bit.

I experienced the same thing. I simple deleted and re-inserted the image - no border!
