Imported PPT slides appear as blank, white slides after working with project for a while.

After importing slides from PowerPoint and then adding additional slides from a recording or creating new blank or quiz slides, the imported PowerPoint slides appear as blank, white slides with simply the Click Box label on the slide and nothing else. The slides look fine when published, but it's impossible to do any further work on those slides since I can't see what's on them...

Anybody else experiencing this?

John

Hi John,

If the Slides appear as Blank in Stange and look fine over the Preview and Publish.

You can test copying all your sldies to a New Balnk project of same dimensions and paste them over there.

Now check if the stage looks proper.

Also, verfiy from Library if your presentation is synced properly?

Thanks,

Anjaneai

Were the PowerPoint slides ever visible in the project or did they import as blank?  If they turned blank, if you close and reopen Captivate, do the images restore?  I have had issues with disappearing items and if I have left Captivate open a little too long, things start magically vanishing.
