animation in adobe connect pro

the animation from presenter and from powerpoint is not showing up in connect pro. I have uploaded the content and any of the information that had animation simply does not show up. What do I need to do?

Do you have the latest Presenter version? 7.0.2?

I know Presenter doesn't support a few animations, but it should for the most part. Also is it PowerPoint 2003, or 2007?

Hi ,

Can you tell me exactly how are you uploading presentation content on Connect . I will suggest you to Publish it to Connect via Presenter or Upload the published zip file .

i was simply uploading in the content upload tabs. My company has not yet

bought the license for publisher but it still will not work for a

powerpoint. How can I get around this for a powerpoint presentation?Andrea

Hi Leo, So i just tried it without the animation and I realized its not the

animation, but the smartart that isnt showing up (apart from the animation,

but first things first). How do I get them to show up, or are they even

compatible?
