Acrobat 8 Professional error on Mac - Adobe Product Community - 2924024

New Here ,

On opening Acrobat 8 professional on Mac OS 10.5.8 I get the error that it cannot be launched until I open another pro app like Photoshop. After doing this there is still the same error. Is there a fix?
