I had my email contact list in an Excel File. Then I made a PDF File out of it with Adobe. I still can not get it to Download into my Outlook Email Contact List ! Please Help !

You don't have to convert Excel file into PDF to get your Outlook contact List updated. You can do it directly from Excel file.
