How can I access my PDF Pack package on my browser?

I already have a subscription to the PDF Pack, and I have successfully used it once before on my browser. However, now when I sign in to use it, the only links on the site that I can see are options to see and buy more packages. I don't want to download anything onto my computer, I simply want to use the PDF pack on my browser. How can I do this?

Hello Whytheforum,

As per the description above, you want to access the Adobe PDFpack services through a browser, Is that correct?

Adobe PDFPack is an online service and can be accessed through a browser.

To access the services through the browser, you may use the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf.

You can also use the services through the free desktop version of Acrobat Reader DC, to download the Reader DC, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC.

For any troubleshooting steps, you may refer to the following KB doc Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

The link you provided did work for me. However, I will say that unless you know that link, it seems just about impossible to get to that page on your own through adobe.com. Like I stated in the original post, everything I clicked on once I logged into adobe.com was trying to sell me another package.

Also, I was chatting with live customer support earlier, and after being redirected to multiple representatives, the most helpful they were was saying to go to this forum and post a question. I don't understand how it could be so difficult for them to simply give me the exact same link that you all did.

Thanks for the help either way, but the live customer support chat team could use an upgrade in my opinion.
