What does Adobe Export PDF do? I've been paying for this service but I don't know how it is used. Is it a cloud hosting storage or something I download on my computer?

Hey WIPInc,

Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF (Rich Text Format) documents.

Your account information says that you have an active subscription of Export pdf.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription-

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

Please let us know more about what happens when you try to print from the Adobe application. Share the Adobe application name and version details. If you receive any error message, share the screenshot.
